This hospital will pay for ones CNA training if they meet their qualification. However, after the student has become licensed they will want them to work at their facility for some time. Also, while they are taking the CNA classes the student will be able to do their clinical at the facility.

This hospital will pay for a student’s CNA training. However, once the student completes the classes and passes their state exam they will be required to work at one of their facilities.

Sentara Careplex Hospital is one of the hospitals in the chain of Sentara healthcare facilities. They pay for students to become a CNA. However, once the student has finished training and passed their exam they will want them to work for one of their facilities for an extended amount of time.

This nursing home is one of the nursing homes that will pay for a student to receive CNA training. After training is complete and the student has become licensed they will suggest the student works for them since it is a guaranteed job. However, it is not mandatory.
Free CNA training in Virginia is offered through different programs in the state if you qualify, such as the Displaced Homemakers Program, The Workforce Investment act (wia) and through the Job Corps.
Enrolling in a free CNA training in Virginia will provides you with the knowledge needed to work competently as a Nurse Aide in general, plus the added knowledge of geriatrics specifically, and will entitle you to work for any facility that employs certified nursing assistants.
The nurse aide training will provide the student with both basic knowledge and practical experience in medical terminology, skill procedures, and techniques that are required of a Certified Nurse's Aide. The training program meets the Virginia guideline for eligibility to take the State certification exam for nursing assistants.
Keep these things in mind if you decide to embark on a nursing assistant career path. While a large part of it is the knowledge and skill you have, you must also remember that it is an interactive job that will require you to get personal with your patients and coworkers.
