Wisconsin Patient Care Technician Training

The Wisconsin patient care technician training prepares the graduate to work as an entry-level Technician.  The classes will be taught with a combination of lecture and practical training in the medical lab.  There are together common and unique patient care training that offered in the state of Wisconsin.

Wisconsin PCT schools teach students how to perform electrocardiograms, phlebotomy and other basic laboratory procedures as well as more complex nursing assistant skills.

During the phlebotomy portion of the class the students are educated to perform a assortment of blood collection methods using the proper techniques, precautions and procedure. The courses are taught in lecture, student laboratories and through clinical experiences.
